Green & Natural Sdn Bhd (GNN) has been incorporated in Malaysia under the company's Act 1965 on 30th November 1994 as a private limited company. The principal business is trading, distribution & manufacturing of chemicals in developing downstream product derivatives businesses for basic commodity manufacturers. GNN has one subsidiary Green Life Agriculture Sdn.Bhd. (GLA), two associate companies Derifats Chemicals Sdn. Bhd (DF) and Lian Juan Engineering Sdn. Bhd.
